This nest box should be mounted 10-20 feet above ground in woods near water.  Canopy should be open with no branches overhanging the entry opening.  The entry should face water.  Use a 6 inch layer of wood shavings and wood chips for nesting material as Wood Ducks do not collect their own.  Side swings open for cleaning.  Nesting material included.  Measures: 12L x 13 1/4W x 33H
